Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Radiation Therapy Dosimetrist
• ARRT certification required
• Active or in-process New York state license is mandatory
• Proficiency in using Mosaiq, Elekta, Varian, and TrueBeam technology is highly desirable
• Candidates must have previous locum experience; no new graduates will be considered

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and calculate precise radiation dose distributions and treatment plans for cancer patients
• Collaborate closely with radiation oncologists, medical physicists, and therapists to ensure accurate and safe treatment delivery
• Utilize multiple software and planning systems to optimize therapy for each patient based on their unique clinical needs
• Verify all plans meet quality assurance standards and comply with state and institutional regulations
