Senior Accountant (CPA Candidate)

Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Based on qualifications and experience A growing organization in Palm Beach Gardens is seeking a dedicated Senior Accountant to join its accounting team. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical accounting skills who enjoys working with financial statements, consolidations, and data analysis in a collaborative environment. What You’ll Do: Assist with the full month-end close process Prepare and review journal entries and supporting documentation Maintain accuracy and integrity of the general ledger Perform multi-entity, multi-currency consolidations Prepare and review monthly financial statements Conduct variance analysis and provide detailed explanations to leadership Prepare audit support schedules and assist during annual audits Support internal controls and accounting policy development Collaborate cross-functionally to improve financial processes Handle ad hoc reporting and special projects as needed What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business (required) Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience CPA licensed or actively pursuing CPA Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP Experience preparing and analyzing financial statements Strong analytical and organizational skills ERP system experience preferred Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities Fully onsite in Palm Beach Gardens Professional, collaborative accounting team Fast-paced but structured environment Competitive salary based on experience Medical, dental, and vision benefits PTO and paid holidays 401(k) or retirement plan Legal Disclaimer: This job description provides a general overview of the position.
