Description:

As a Shift Manager, you will lead shifts to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. You will provide leadership to the crew and other managers, ensuring McDonald's standards are met in quality, service, and cleanliness. Responsibilities may include planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring safety and security, and communicating effectively with the team.

Requirements:

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive attitude and team player mentality.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
