Your work is central to our mission: providing consistent and equitable learning experiences that bridge the gap between a student's current ability and the rigors of the middle school curriculum.Strategic Priorities and ResponsibilitiesAcademic Readiness: Design and deliver specialized instruction that aligns with grade level expectations while providing the specific resources and supports students need to reach their full potential.Life and Career Prep: Focus on real world learning experiences that equip students with the skills needed for life, future careers, and civic engagement beyond middle school.Culture of Care and Belonging: Foster a classroom environment where students feel known, supported, and safe to take risks.You will play a vital role in our district wide MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) to provide academic and social emotional care.Partnership and Collaboration: Work closely with families, general education teachers, and community partners.
