Position Description CCHRC is seeking an experienced and dependable individual to work as Maintenance/Security (unarmed). Pre-employment physical and background check will be completed before job offer. Must be available to work weekdays, weekends and holidays as scheduled. Work hours: 4:30pm - 3::00am Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday The Maintenance /Security Guard responsibilities are to patrol and inspect facility buildings and grounds on foot or by vehicle. Will answer Maintenance work orders during shift and will require that all types of general maintenance work be performed to keep facility property maintained in neat and orderly repair. Candidates will also act to protect the property, staff, residents, and visitors by maintaining a highly visible presence to deter illegal and inappropriate actions, observing either directly, through patrols, or by watching alarm systems and video cameras for signs of crime, fire or disorder; then taking action and reporting any incidents to the Maintenance Director, Administrator or Emergency Services, as appropriate.
