Service Manager – Supported Living - Learning Disabilities & Autism Location: Gloucester Salary: £35,000–£40,000 per annum + Excellent Company Benefits We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a respected care provider for 2 x experienced Service Managers to oversee Supported Living services for adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism. These are excellent opportunities for passionate leaders who are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care while leading and developing a dedicated team. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day management of Supported Living services. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding requirements, and relevant legislation. Lead, motivate, and develop staff to deliver exceptional person-centred support. Manage staffing, budgets, rotas, and overall service performance. Build strong relationships with families, commissioners, and healthcare professionals. Drive continuous improvement and achieve positive outcomes for the people supported. Requirements Previous management experience within Supported Living, Learning Disabilities, or Autism services. Strong understanding of person-centred care, Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), safeguarding, and CQC standards. Proven leadership and people management experience. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
