Senior Water / Wastewater Project Manager Location: New England – Boston, Springfield, Worcester, Rocky Hill, Portland, Manchester. Hybrid schedule. Role Overview Lead and manage water and wastewater projects throughout their lifecycle, from planning and design to construction documents, public bidding, and construction administration. Responsibilities Successfully manage projects for water and/or wastewater clients, new and long‑term, ensuring delivery of complex, multidisciplinary engineering services. Participate in technical/project scoping and proposal presentations with targeted clients. Lead and contribute to technical, cost, and scheduling decisions while adhering to internal quality control and risk management protocols. Mentor staff to foster professional growth and technical development. Build and maintain client relationships through quality service and strong interpersonal skills. Qualifications B.S. in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or a related field. 10+ years of experience in municipal water and/or wastewater engineering. Strong technical expertise and capability to provide leadership and direction to project teams. Excellent organizational, communication, and technical writing skills.
