Manage incoming calls and direct them to appropriate personnel. Support team members in achieving performance targets. Utilize feedback to improve personal performance and service quality. Handle scheduling and appointment management for staff. Provide information about the company and its services to clients. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the team. Experience/Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills to greet and assist visitors effectively. Eagerness to participate in training and professional development opportunities. Ability to manage multiple phone lines and direct calls appropriately. Proficiency in maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Willingness to support team members in achieving performance targets. Experience in scheduling and appointment management for staff members.l Strong ability to provide accurate information about company services.
