Your Responsibilities

• Identify prospective healthcare candidates through our exclusive platform along with your personal network
• Reach out to potential candidates to introduce them to MLR's opportunities and gauge their interest
• Schedule appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive screenings
• Follow up diligently with leads to sustain engagement and assist in their hiring journey
• Maintain comprehensive and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Receive commissions based on the meetings you set, interviews that arise, and hires made from your outreach efforts

Your Compensation

This position operates on a commission-only basis, giving you limitless earning potential based directly on your performance.

Your earning structure includes:

• Commissions for each qualified meeting you arrange
• Additional bonuses when interviews are conducted as a result of your outreach
