OUTPATIENT PRIMARY CARE OPPORTUNITY

\nWinston Salem and the surrounding area has seen its population increase steadily each year since 2010. Known as the "City of Arts and Innovation," offers an affordable, high-quality life with a cost of living roughly 81% of the U.S. average. OVERVIEW
Neighborhood clinic serves its local, over 65 population. Value-based care model structured to treat the whole person & reduce unnecessary hospital admissions. Organization is one of the fastest growing geriatric care providers nationwide, operating 300+ centers across multiple states.
ROLE
\nWill see patients in 100% outpatient clinic with No Nights, No Weekends!
\n- \n
- Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with minimal call \n
- Will treat complex conditions & analyze to determine best course of treatment \n
- Foster relationships with each patient, spending more time, not less \n
- Will supervise /collaborate with Advanced Practitioner Nurses or Phys. Assistants \n
- Multidisciplinary team (nurses, behavioral health specialists & pharmacists \n
PACKAGE
\nSalary range commensurate with experience $220-$250K
\nAnnual bonus based on quality metrics + Sign on bonus!
\nPotential for over $300k total income year 1, promotable to Lead
\n33 days Time Off includes holidays & CME
