Office Administrator

We Care A/C, Plumbing & Electric is a fast-growing home services company proudly serving Warner Robins GA and the surrounding communities. We are committed to delivering exceptional service and customer care. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our daily operations for our Plumbing department and help keep our office running smoothly.

As an Office Administrator, you will be a key part of our Warner Robins office team specifically assisting with Plumbing. You'll support Plumbing office operations, assist customers, and work closely with our technicians and leadership team to ensure efficiency and professionalism throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily administrative tasks and general office operations
• Assist with scheduling service appointments and coordinating technician dispatch
• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person
• Enter payments and maintain accurate customer and business records
• Process work orders, billing, and documentation
• Support internal teams with reports, communication, and administrative needs
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or office operations

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
