From day one you embrace the core values and see how they impact residents’ quality of life.” - Arrow Team Member Care Partner Position type: Full‑time Location: Highland Heights, Ohio Starting wage: $18–23.75 per hour Shift Schedule Week 1: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday – 7:00 pm to 7:00 am Week 2: Monday, Saturday, Sunday – 7:00 pm to 7:00 am Key Responsibilities Advocate Of Empathy – Understand the importance of empathy and create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments. Proactive – Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking). Positive, energetic attitude and love for residents. Basic computer skills for printing documents and entering resident information. Physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day. Able to lift or move up to 50 pounds frequently. Able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and post‑fall care. Must be criminally cleared.
