Job Title Cardiology Physician – Independent Practice Physician (Ownership Model, Not Employed) Job Type Independent Practice Opportunity Overview This posting is for physicians interested in establishing or transitioning into an independently operated medical practice supported by MedCBO’s administrative infrastructure. Physicians own and operate their own practice entity while MedCBO provides non‑clinical business and operational support services. This is not an employed physician position; physicians may establish or transition a practice in a preferred market, subject to state licensure and applicable regulatory requirements. The physician governs clinical operations, clinical decisions, and sets patient care policies. MedCBO does not direct patient care. Opportunity Description We work with physicians seeking to: Start a new private practice Transition from employment to ownership Convert an existing practice to a supported model Relocate and establish a practice in a new market MedCBO supports administrative and operational functions while the physician independently operates the medical practice. Physician Responsibilities Provide care within the physician’s specialty scope Develop professional relationships within the medical community Determine clinical services offered Manage clinical quality and patient experience MedCBO coordinates payer credentialing with physician participation as required.
