Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal

• Safely transport and secure flatbed loads; perform tarping as required.
• Complete pre/post-trip inspections, maintain accurate logs and paperwork.
• Communicate with dispatch and execute efficient drop-and-hook and routing.

The pay structure delivers 80% of gross with weekly gross averaging $7,500 to $10,000 and a lease-to-own plan to achieve ownership in one year. Fleet includes 2019-2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner rigs. Drivers benefit from a pet/rider policy, 24/7 support, formal inspection processes, and a 90-day test drive.
