We are seeking a  Customer Service Assistant to join our team and provide professional, courteous, and efficient administrative and customer service support. The ideal candidate will have strong office experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle telephone inquiries while managing a variety of administrative responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of administrative experience in a professional office setting.
• Previous experience answering and managing a high volume of telephone calls.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in  Microsoft Word and Excel .
• Ability to communicate professionally with both internal and external customers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to handle routine tasks independently and prioritize multiple responsibilities.

Job Duties

• Answer telephone calls and provide basic/routine information to internal and external customers in response to inquiries, requests, and complaints received by telephone, email, written correspondence, or through the front desk receptionist.
• Provide courteous, professional, and timely customer service.
• Process routine transactions, including exemptions and extensions, that do not require in-depth judgment or interpretation of policies.
• Input and maintain customer information in the customer service database.
• Perform general office support duties, including:
• • Opening, date/time stamping, sorting, and distributing mail.
  • Filing and distributing documents.
  • Operating photocopiers and other standard office equipment.
  • Assisting with general clerical and administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation.
• Provide administrative support to staff and assist with other duties as assigned.
