Title Dental receptionist / admin Job Description Provide exceptional front desk service, including greeting patients, answering phones, and managing appointments. Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with practice protocols and regulatory requirements. Ensure efficient workflow and task completion within designated timelines. Manage patient scheduling, confirming appointments and optimizing the daily flow. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and practice operations. Salary Range part-time $25 - $30 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Shift & Schedule Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Monday & Sunday: Closed Requirements Experienced Dental Receptionist / Admin (3+ years) At least 3 years of experience in a dental receptionist or front desk role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. Demonstrate commitment to delivering outstanding patient service. Preferences Eaglesoft Experienced Dental Receptionist / Admin (2+ years) Bilingual abilities (Spanish).
