Clinical Magnet , a division of ICON Medical Network, is seeking a patient-focused General Dentist to join our DSO partner’s growing team in the West Chester, Ohio  area. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity.

Dentist Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality preventive, restorative, and emergency dental services.
• Deliver compassionate care to both adult and pediatric patients.
• Utilize experience in pedodontics to confidently evaluate and treat children in a comfortable, patient-centered manner.

Qualifications

• Dentistry experience is required for this position
• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active and unrestricted OH license
• Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain).

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily guarantee of $850 - $1,000 for 3-6 months, followed by % of collections
• M-F Schedule, short-day Fridays
