Job Duties Own end-to-end solution design for ESM capabilities on ServiceNow Ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with Golden Instance architecture Lead design for functional domains (IT, HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal, etc.) Review and validate designs from System Integrators and delivery teams Enforce standardized design patterns across all onboarding functions Ensure alignment with ServiceNow OOTB capabilities and maximize reuse Participate in Architecture Review Board (ARB) Present solution designs, trade-offs, and recommendations Identify architectural gaps and manage exceptions/escalations Support convergence of multiple instances into a unified Golden Instance Drive elimination of legacy customizations and inconsistent data models Enable enterprise data alignment and integration scalability Work closely with Development, Integration, and Testing leads Clarify design intent and resolve design-time issues Ensure delivered solutions meet functional and architectural standards Ensure platform stability, upgrade readiness, and long-term sustainability Embed DevOps discipline, governance, and quality controls Drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices Education The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent with relevant experience.
