Overview: As a Store Sales Associate Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales to achieve store targets.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership:
  • - Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support.
  • - Schedule and assign tasks to team members, ensuring efficient store operations.
  • - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • - Assist in training new sales associates and fostering a positive work environment.
• Customer Service:
  • - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • - Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
  • - Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and elevate when necessary.
  • - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed.
• Sales and Target Achievement:
  • - Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and promoting products.
  • - Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • - Monitor sales trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • - Collaborate with the store manager to develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Inventory Management:
  • - Assist in receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise.
  • - Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in stock management.
  • - Ensure accurate pricing and labeling of products.

Requirements

• - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in retail management is a plus.
• - Proven experience in a retail sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• - Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• - Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
