Our administrative team handles essential tasks such as client marketing, insurance verification, credentialing, billing, and audits. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients through telehealth platforms, ensuring adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Manage an ongoing caseload of at least 25 clients, utilizing evidence-based therapy modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the community health clinic to provide holistic and comprehensive care.

• Document client progress in Electronic Health Records (EHR) accurately and in a timely manner to ensure seamless communication and care continuity.

• Participate in progressive training initiatives to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adults aged 18 and older from various backgrounds, including minority and diverse populations. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited program.

• A valid LCSW license to practice in Nevada.

• A minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience, particularly in a therapeutic setting.

• Demonstrated experience providing psychotherapy to adult clients, employing evidence-based techniques.

• Possession of professional malpractice insurance.

Compensation and Benefits\n
