A Rural Health Clinic in south-central New Hampshire is adding a Family Medicine Physician. The clinic is affiliated with a nationally recognized academic health system with 2300 Providers.

• EPIC EMR
• The average daily patient census is 16-18
• No call
• Not-for-profit critical access hospital with ties to the academic medical center
