Looking for a steady gig with room to grow? This Receiving Lead spot puts you at the center of shipping and receiving, where every box and pallet counts.
What You'll Need to Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of sit down forklift experience
- Experience in warehouse receiving and inventory control
- Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems (D365 preferred)
- Experience with cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to operate material handling equipment
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on your feet
- Lead or supervisory experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Receive, inspect, and put away inbound shipments (LTL, freight, transfers)
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move and track inventory
- Verify shipments for accuracy and complete OS&D documentation
- Maintain proper labeling, staging, and bin locations
- Perform cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation
- Investigate discrepancies and conduct root cause analysis
- Maintain accurate records in D365 or warehouse systems
- Monitor inventory KPIs and support process improvements
- Coordinate with operations, shipping, and vendors to resolve issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
