Objetivo do Cargo Unir e ou cortar peças de ligas metálicas usando processos de soldagem e corte tais como eletrodo revestido, TIG, MIG MAG, OXIGÁS, arame tubular, arco submerso, brasagem, maçarico, plasma ou eletrodos de goivagem. Responsabilidades do trabalho Execução de Solda e Corte:Realizar soldagens e cortes em posições variadas (plana, horizontal e vertical), utilizando eletrodo revestido, arame tubular, plasma ou oxicorte, conforme os parâmetros técnicos definidos. Preparação e Configuração de Equipamentos:Preparar, montar e configurar máquinas de solda manuais e CNC, ajustando parâmetros e realizando testes para garantir o funcionamento ideal dos equipamentos. Leitura de Desenhos e Preparação de Peças:Interpretar desenhos técnicos e especificações, preparar superfícies e peças metálicas para corte, dobra ou solda, aplicando o tratamento adequado para garantir a qualidade do produto. Operação de Máquinas e Movimentação de Materiais:Operar máquinas CNC, ponte rolante e empilhadeira para movimentação de chapas e peças, abastecendo estações de trabalho conforme a produção. Acabamento e Controle de Qualidade:Executar o acabamento final das peças (lixamento, esmerilhamento, ajuste) e registrar as atividades realizadas nas ordens de produção, garantindo rastreabilidade e padrão de qualidade. Manutenção, Segurança e Limpeza:Zelar pela conservação dos equipamentos, seguir rigorosamente as normas de segurança e utilizar EPIs adequados, além de manter o ambiente limpo e organizado. Apoio a Atividades e Melhorias:Auxiliar em atividades correlatas, viagens técnicas, descarte correto de resíduos, sugestões de melhoria contínua e cumprimento das políticas de qualidade e meio ambiente da empresa. Formação Mínima Ensino Médio completo Curso de soldador Formação complementar Conhecer materiais metálicos e não metálicos, podendo identificar e conhecer suas principais características Desejável conhecimento de Interpretação de desenho técnico Desejável domínio quanto aos produtos fabricados pela empresa Desejável treinamento em traçagem e montagem de peças Experiência De 01 a 03 anos de experiência. #J-18808-Ljbffr Lincoln Electric
