Kitting Associate – Manufacturing Facility (Memphis, TN)

Aerotek is hiring a Kitting Associate to support weekend production operations in Memphis. This role involves breaking down kits, organizing materials, and handling hardware components in a fast‑paced environment. Accuracy and reliability are essential.

• Weekend Day Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday — 5:00 AM–5:30 PM
• Pay: $23/hr
• Weekly Pay

• Break down and reorganize kits based on production needs
• Count parts quickly, accurately, and repeatedly throughout the shift
• Handle bolts, screws, panels, and various hardware components
• Move and lift heavy boxes of screws (up to 50 lbs consecutively)
• Perform material handling tasks as needed
• Assist with picking , packing , loading, and general warehouse duties
• Follow visual aids and instructions to complete tasks correctly
• Maintain a clean, organized work area

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
