JOB TITLE : Physician - Cardiologist Heart & Vascular

JOB SUMMARY:

The physician provides Interventional Cardiovascular clinical care in both an outpatient and inpatient setting. Follows and directs evidenced based practices as established within the Heart and Vascular service line. Collaborates and coordinates the individual treatment plan with the clinical team as necessary to assure an appropriate continuum of care.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education :
• Graduate of Accredited Medical School. Successful completion of Interventional fellowship. Board certified / Board eligible in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology.

Experience/Physical Requirements :
Experience in group practice and/or hospital setting preferred.

Licensure/Certification :
• Active and unrestricted West Virginia License. Current Federal and WV Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate. Fully credentialed according to by laws of the organization.

Follows and directs evidenced based practices as established within the Heart and Vascular service line. Collaborates and coordinates the individual treatment plan with the clinical team as necessary to assure an appropriate continuum of care.
