Private Banking Relationship Manager

Overview:

A community bank is looking for a Private Banking Advisor to add to their Fairfield County, CT office. The ideal candidate will have a background in private banking, trust services, or client advisory, and will be skilled in both business development as well as managing existing HNW/UHNW client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
\n
• Provide comprehensive wealth management solutions, including investment advisory, trust and estate planning, credit, and banking services.
\n
• Develop new client relationships through referrals, networking, and business development activities.
\n
• Collaborate with internal partners (trust officers, private bankers, portfolio managers, etc.) to deliver a coordinated client experience.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all internal policies and regulatory requirements.
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth advisory, private banking, or trust services.
\n
• Proven track record of managing high-net-worth relationships.
\n
• Strong network of business preferred.
\n
• Strong knowledge of investment, estate, and financial planning concepts.
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related field.
