This is not a comprehensive list, and other duties may be assigned.Conduct fitness consultations for new clients including pre-participation screening and goal setting in order to recommend Pilates training programs properlyDevelop safe, professional and comprehensive Pilates training programs to ensure clients are satisfied with their workout program and remain motivated to attain their personal fitness goalsMonitor and instruct clients during private and group Pilates training sessions on the safe and effective use of the equipmentDevelops and maintain a Pilates client basePromote and sell Pilates training programs, Personal Training, and Group Fitness classes to membersResponsible for achieving or exceeding monthly revenue and session goalsComplete all administrative requirements associated with each client’s fitness planMaintain the cleanliness of the Pilates studioRemain current on certifications and new trends in the industryQualifications:Minimum of 450-hours of Pilates education through an approved certification programTrainings: STOTT Training is preferred but Balanced Body or Kane School are acceptedComprehensive certifications in Mat, Reformer, Chair, Cadillac, Barrel and Spin Corrector2 years of experience, preferredMust remain current on certifications and new trends in the industryExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSuperior customer service skills; excellent and clear communication skills, both verbal and written; strong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and ExcelMust be able to lift 30 to 45 pounds or appropriate weight to lead sessions #J-18808-Ljbffr Chelsea-Piers-New-Yor
