Customer Service Representative

Robert Wright Disposal, a Waste Connections Company, is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to our team in Glenmont, NY. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour Why Choose Us? As acustomer servicerepresentative with us the minimum responsibilities are: Answering customer calls and processing customer orders for new service, discontinuance, or changes inservice. Accepting payments from customers, researchingcustomer billinginquiries and updating customer account information. Interacting with customers and Waste Connections employees to determineservicerequirements, resolve problems or complaints, and seeks cost-effective, safe environmentally sound solutions toserviceissues.
