Senior Business AnalystSenior Business Analysts work directly with Activate team members at all levels of the organization, from fellow analysts to the managing directors and CEO. As essential team members, analysts are expected to contribute to team discussions and participate in client meetings.The Senior Business Analyst's role will vary by project, but will typically involve a combination of the following:Industry and user research (e.g. market/consumer trends, commissioned surveys, expert interviews)Analysis such as market sizing and building revenue modelsContribution to brainstorming and general direction of analysisCreating, designing, and delivering client presentationsGuiding and developing team members (i.e. analysts)Keeping up with overall technology and media trendsRequirements:Undergraduate degree accompanied by a strong academic record2+ years of relevant experienceExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and research capabilitiesAttention to detail and accuracyOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsA strong interest in the media/tech spaceIndependent, motivated, and proactive team playerThe first-year base compensation for a Senior Business Analyst is $128,000 to $168,000 with a discretionary target bonus of 25% of base compensation, with total target compensation in the range of $160,000 to $210,000.
