The Restaurant Bar Manager will oversee all bar operations within a busy establishment, leading a large team of 16 or more staff members. This role requires a strong leader with excellent organizational and customer service skills to ensure smooth day-to-day functions and a high-quality guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory to maintain optimal stock levels
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle complaints effectively
• Oversee cash handling and financial transactions accurately
• Coordinate and supervise all bar operations to maintain efficiency
• Lead and motivate the bar team to meet performance goals
• Provide training and development opportunities for staff growth

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant or bar management
