Pay Rates

• 25.00 - 32.00 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements for Maintenance Technician

• Experience performing maintenance on production, manufacturing, or automated equipment.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic equipment issues.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, or equipment diagrams.
• Basic computer skills and experience using math for measurements, calculations, or maintenance tasks.
• Ability to repair small engines, motors, or similar mechanical equipment.

Skills Requirements for Maintenance Technician

• Performing preventive maintenance on equipment or machinery.
• Experience diagnosing equipment malfunctions and identifying root causes of failures.
• Adherence to Lockout Tagout (LOTO) safety protocols.

Role for Maintenance Technician

• Conduct regular inspections of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Execute repairs on production lines to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts usage.
