Overview

Lead end‑to‑end digital transformation initiatives across the MedTech Supply Chain, focusing on SAP S/4HANA and non‑SAP projects. Drive strategy, governance, resource allocation, vendor management, and customer‑focused design to improve supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the VP of MedTech Supply Chain Digital to prioritize and govern transformation initiatives.
• Oversee the execution of all transformation projects, managing strategy, structure, and governance.
• Develop and execute deployment frameworks and support functions for matrixed initiative teams.
• Craft project roadmaps, assess dependencies, and resolve escalated risks.
• Manage resource strategy across business units, ensuring budget compliance and resource availability.
• Engage vendor partners, set performance rules, and identify cost‑efficient practices.
• Control budgets for SAP S/4HANA and non‑SAP projects, forecasting financial requirements.
• Leverage supply‑chain, data, and digital tools to drive automation and efficiency.
• Create value‑creation criteria and communicate expected value to leadership.
• Design projects with a customer‑first approach, aligning deployments to end‑user needs.
• Foster an inclusive, diverse, and equitable work environment, mentoring and developing talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience leading SAP transformation in Supply Chain or Commercial organizations.
• Minimum 10 years of complex global leadership experience.
• Minimum 10 years of people‑management experience.
• Proven ability to lead people‑centric, business‑driven strategies and large‑scale transformation programs.
• Strong communication, stakeholder influence, and matrix project management skills.
• Experience in resource management and vendor performance for global projects.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP S/4HANA; experience with MedTech supply‑chain systems preferred.
• Certificate in project management or related field (PMP, etc.) preferred.
• Up to 25% travel required.

Benefits

• Base pay range: $199,000 – $366,850.
• 401(k) retirement plan and long‑term incentive program.
• Vacation: 120 hours per calendar year.
• Sick time: 40 hours per calendar year (48 hours in Colorado, 56 hours in Washington).
• Holiday pay: 13 days per calendar year (including floating holidays).
• Personal and family time: up to 40 hours per calendar year.
• Parental leave: 480 hours within one year of birth/adoption/foster care.
• Bereavement leave: 240 hours for an immediate family member (40 hours for extended family per year).
• Caregiver leave: 80 hours in a 52‑week rolling period.
