CT Technologist

Role Summary This position involves performing computerized tomographic (CT) radiographs following established protocols. Key responsibilities include scheduling, performing, and formatting all types of CT scans, verifying patient identity and procedure details, educating patients about the process, and documenting procedures and patient history. The role requires assisting physicians during special procedures, maintaining department safety, and ensuring equipment and supplies are well-stocked. The employee will participate in departmental meetings and continuing education to support professional growth, with opportunities to become CT certified within specified timeframes.
