Production Manager

We are looking for a sharp, dynamic individual with lots of initiative and drive to take charge of our Factory. What we offer:

Job Requirements:

• Achieve major operational KPI’s
• Maintain and serve our CRM system
• Ensure all jobs are ready in a timely manner
• Arrange maintenance of all fleet vehicles and company equipment
• Recruit, train, and motivate Factory, Installation, & Cut List personnel

Qualifications:

• Experience in a cabinet/woodworking environment
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Keen eye for detail
