Job Title: Scrum Master SAP S/4HANA Job ID: 25-10871 Location: Oakland, CA (Hybrid), 3 days onsite (Tues & Thurs) at OGO Duration: 09 months on W2 Contract Note: Local candidates only. Description Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery of SAP S/4HANA within a hybrid Agile environment for a leading utility company. This is part of a multi-year digital transformation program covering finance, supply chain, HR, and asset management. Key Responsibilities Lead 1 2 Agile teams in SAP implementation. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure Agile best practices. Coordinate with Product Owners, BAs, and SAP partners to manage backlogs. Support integration with PMO and waterfall workstreams (testing, data migration, etc.). Participate in PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Agile metrics reporting. Manage work using Jira, Confluence, and SAP Activate methodology. Required Qualifications 5+ years as a Scrum Master in enterprise Agile/ERP environments. Experience with SAP S/4HANA or major ERP systems (SAP ECC, Oracle, Workday). Strong Agile and hybrid delivery experience (Scrum, SAFe). Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and MS Project. Compensation The hourly rate for this position is between $90.00-$95.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
