Allied Technician - Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist (PT)

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license and will possess a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. This position requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evaluation findings.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to facilitate patient recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation goals, techniques, and home exercise programs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and treatments.
• Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient-centered care.
