CNC Machine Maintenance Mechanic

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM (overtime available as needed) Direct Hire | Billerica, MA Salary: $80,000-$105,000 What You’ll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machining equipment Perform electrical and mechanical repairs to minimize downtime and maximize productivity Develop and improve preventive maintenance programs Interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, ladder logic, and machine documentation Repair and service machine components Run CNC machines to verify repairs and machine performance Accurately document maintenance activities and completed repairs Maintain a safe and organized work environment What We’re Looking For 5+ years of CNC maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and ladder logic Experience working with Fanuc and Mitsubishi controls Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Comfortable using hand and power tools Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Why Join Our Client?
