Talent SpecialistThe Talent Specialist role is designed as the ultimate launchpad for a career in the Talent space. You will join our team with a primary focus on sourcing, helping us hunt and engage various talent across the org.This is not a stagnant role; it's an incubator. You will start by mastering the top of the funnel. As you master our pitch and tools, you will have the autonomy to choose your adventure. Whether you want to evolve into a Talent Partner (managing the full lifecycle), dive deep into Talent Branding & Sourcing strategy, or pivot into Talent Operations, we will provide the mentorship to get you there.The tools and technologies you'll use include:ATS: AshbyOutreach: LinkedIn, Gem, JuiceboxScreening & Interviews: BrightHire, CoderPadThe Rewards & Reality: Compensation, Benefits & LogisticsMeaningful Compensation: $70,000 to $75,000Comprehensive Health & Wellness: We cover 100% of your health insurance premium and provide access to high-quality dental and vision insurance plans for you and your dependents.Plan for the Future: We offer a 401(k) plan to help you save for your future.
