Additionally, this role is responsible for financial management, including financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, while working closely with our Senior Finance Business Partners, Team Leaders, and Profit Center Leaders.How You Will Contribute:   Prepares financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets, and/or reports required by the corporate office.Acts as the liaison between the Center of Excellence (COE) and the Profit Center to help troubleshoot, make corrections, and answer questions.Compiles and reviews data and reports for accuracy while ensuring procedure protocols are followed to support month-end and ad hoc finance & accounting functions.Analyzes financial details to identify development opportunities and areas where improvement is needed. Reviews and monitor monthly activity, data integrity, and financial accuracy. Partners with Department Team Leads, Profit Center Leaders, and Senior Business Partners through FP&A and strategic planning. Responsible for financial planning and analysis to identify trends and develop forward looking strategies.Prepares annual budgets and quarterly forecasts by working with Team Leads, Senior Finance Business Partner and PCL to identify drivers and create yearly goals. Prepares Ad hoc and monthly financial reporting.Mentors and trains Finance & Operations Specialists and Senior Finance & Operations Specialists.Assists Senior Finance Business Partners in leading the finance team.Skills & Experience to be Successful:  3-5 years’ of in an Accounting or Finance position. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
