Hands-on experience across all phases of construction — from planning to closeout Work alongside experienced Project Managers and Superintendents who invest in your growth Exposure to industry-leading tools like Procore, Bluebeam, and BIM Clear path for career advancement within a supportive, team-first culture Competitive salary and full-time benefits Be part of projects that shape the skylines of Milwaukee and Appleton Job Details What You'll Do: Review project plans, proposals, and site logistics plans Assist in developing project schedules, milestones, and critical path timelines Maintain accurate as-built construction documents onsite Support the Superintendent in monitoring subcontractor progress and efficiency Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up reports Lead site walk-throughs with owners, architects, and inspectors Review RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, samples, time sheets, and punch lists Assist with tracking project costs, cost codes, and potential change orders Support the site-specific safety plan and maintain jobsite cleanliness Coordinate material purchases and ensure permits/inspections are completed What You'll Need: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience) 2–3 years of construction-related work or internship experience preferred Strong scheduling and organizational skills;
Microsoft Project experience a plus Ability to read drawings, interpret codes, and understand building design phases Familiarity with Bluebeam, Procore, and/or BIM a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Willingness to travel to project sites as needed Interested in hearing more?
