LICENSED ART THERAPIST

Part Time TherapistThe therapist will provide individual and group therapy to adults residing in an acute secure LTSR setting. Therapists perform initial assessment, complete treatment plans, meet individually with a caseload of 3-4 residents, run two weekly groups and coordinate with program support staff to identify and secure additional services and resources based on client needs.Group supervision towards licensingSupport with CEU/licensing trainingsConduct intake assessments.Monthly updates to paperwork/crisis plans/treatment plans/PHQ9.Provide individual, group and family therapies to people with mental health issues.Maintain active caseload (3-4 residents) including engaging individuals in ongoing treatment.Maintain tracking system for treatment plans, and other required documents to meet program funder guidelines and program goals.Enter documentation into electronic medical records in accordance with agency guidelines.Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a human service field. Licensed or license eligible (within 6 months).Two years' experience providing direct therapy in the area of mental health, substance use or IDD.Familiar with standard business computer software programs and electronic Health Care Database programs.ACT 33/34 clearances if required by programFBI clearance, as neededActive license preferred, or licensed within 6 months with documentation of current/ongoing supervision requirements.
