Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time & PRN
Location: Aspen Point Health & Rehab – St Charles, MO

Full-Time:  $50-57/hour  *Generous Sign-On Bonus*

PRN:  $60-65/hour

Vertical Health Services is hiring compassionate and motivated Physical Therapists to join our in-house therapy team at Aspen Point Health & Rehab in St Charles, MO. We’re a locally managed and rapidly growing healthcare provider with 16 rehab facilities across Missouri.

This is a great opportunity to work in one consistent location with supportive leadership, reasonable productivity expectations, and a focus on patient-centered care. Our facility has been recently updated with a new therapy gym & equipment.

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license in Missouri (or eligibility)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• SNF experience is a plus – but new grads are encouraged to apply!
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient-centered care
