Within a boutique ambulatory surgery center focused on vascular procedures, the Clinical Director of Nursing manages a streamlined footprint with one contemporary OR, a dedicated procedure room, and multiple pre/post bays. Four attending surgeons sustain roughly 30 cases weekly, with volume peaking late in the week. Work centers on vascular and image-guided therapies in a rapid-turnover, high-reliability environment. The Director aligns staffing, schedules, and supply chains to keep pre-op, intra-op, and PACU flowing without friction.
