Registered Nurse Transplant

We are seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in transplant care. The RN will provide care in an ambulatory setting. Experience in organ transplant is required, with a preference for pediatric and lung transplant experience. This position will work Monday to Friday, with no weekends or holidays required. Candidates must hold a current RN license and AHA BLS certification. The RN will coordinate post-transplant care with the healthcare team. The role includes monitoring post-transplant patient progress. Pre-transplant evaluation and assessment are also key responsibilities. Applicants should have acute hospital experience. Ability to work independently is essential for this position. Two professional references from different facilities are required.
