This community-based practice offers an anesthesia care-team model, embracing an excellent work-life balance and collegial environment. CRNAs practice with autonomy and are encouraged to practice to the full scope of their license. Some CRNAs may serve as clinical preceptors for nearby nurse anesthesia programs. Exeter is conveniently located, being less than an hour from Boston and Portland, which is great for commuters within the family. Exeter is located next to the seacoast, and within close distance to mountains. This superb location has great access to outdoor activities and notable schools, such as Phillips Exeter Academy. It is considered a great place for family living and community. There is no state income tax or sales tax. CRNAs work in a care-team model. Mix of solo cases and supervising cases.Total Rewards Hourly Rate: $225/hour.Case Assignments & ScheduleSchedule: 8 and 10 hours availableGeneral surgery, ortho, endo, ENT, GYN, labor and delivery, ophthalmology, urology, vascular, plastics, healthy peds, dental.No head/hearts or chronic pain.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical proceduresPerform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consentDevelop and discuss anesthetic plans with patientsManage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesiaMonitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as neededSupport departmental coordination and clinical leadershipRequirementsCurrent license as a registered professional nurseGraduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia educationCertified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse AnesthetistsNorth American Partners in Anesthesia is an equal opportunity employer.
