Responsibilities Maintain positive working relationships and provide direction and feedback to all employees. Collaborate with management to train and track performance of new Crew Members. Motivate Crew Members to achieve high customer service scores. Ensure timely completion of shift tasks and opening/closing responsibilities. Own the restaurant facilities, ensuring organization and adherence to sanitation and food‑safety procedures. Demonstrate a complete understanding of key positions in both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house. Qualifications and Skills Must be 18 years of age or older. Full‑time and weekend availability required. Previous leadership experience in a customer service or restaurant environment preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain physically active for extended periods. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure. Team‑oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, and strong work ethic. Effective communication with guests and crew members as a supervisor/manager.
