Recovery Support Coordinator: Care & Community Navigator

Groups Recover Together, Inc. is seeking a Recovery Support Coordinator to work with a panel of 160-180 members, providing recovery support services and coordinate care across clinical, social, and community settings.
This position reports to the Recovery Operations Supervisor and receives clinical supervision from the local clinical leadership team. The role emphasizes empathy, outreach, and collaboration with clinicians; four 10-hour shifts per week with evening hours, and compensation of
