THE ROLE WE NEED

5 Stones is seeking a Digital Marketer who can a key executor on marketing initiatives which, on behalf of our clients, seek to build the Kingdom of God through effective strategic efforts. As an executor, the Digital Marketer will have the chance to work with various members Agency team, including Account Managers, Project Managers, Creative Team Members, and other Marketers to drive results and bring our client's campaigns to life. Because we are a small and agile team, this role requires creative adaptability and comfort in the not-perfectly-clear. While we can't script what each day holds, we are certain that this team member will be asked to... -Work on campaigns across a spectrum of marketing efforts for our clients, including but not limited to:

• Email marketing
• Paid advertising
• Content Development
• Social Media
• Websites
• SEO and GEO
• Analytics and tracking
• And any other channels or initiatives that are necessary to meet the client's goals

• Work collaboratively with our internal team in an ongoing way to ensure our marketing efforts are meeting client goals and expectations
• Proofread, edit, and review work from the marketing and design teams to maintain accuracy and quality across a large spectrum of digital content (email campaigns, print pieces, websites, etc.)
• Support the various senior members of the agency in identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency in our service offerings
• Support the Director of Marketing and other strategists in identifying gaps in our clients' digital marketing efforts and proposing solutions to share with our clients
• Report on results to clients and agency stakeholders by compiling and analyzing data from a variety of software systems.
• Occasionally attend meetings with our clients to get feedback on work, build relationships, and gain context on the work our clients are doing to build the Kingdom.

The right candidate for the Digital Marketer position will be...

• Passionate about the Catholic faith, with a deep desire to help people come to know Jesus and his Church

• Able to navigate marketing solutions and various platforms on behalf of clients
• Comfortable handling difficult conversations and pushing a team to align around an initiative in order to drive a specific result
• Committed to ongoing personal and professional growth
• A strong leader able to facilitate meetings and galvanize a team to align around a specific goal and move to meet our clients' objectives
• Humble and aware of their deep goodness and dignity as a beloved child of God

• Marketing or related experience that sets a foundation to learn and grow within the 5 Stones Marketing Team
• An ability to balance quality, time, and budget to produce the best possible work on every project
• Diligence, attention to detail, and a drive to work hard in order to serve our clients and the Kingdom of God well
• Professional experience driving results across various aspects of marketing-content creation, email, paid media, SEO, etc.
• An unwavering steadiness and peacefulness rooted in the Catholic identity
