Senior Project Manager

We’re hiring Senior Project Managers for projects through out Texas to lead mission-critical data center projects valued at more than $20 million dollars. You need to make clear decisions, keep work moving, and manage complex operations at a high level. Compensation is aggressive and relocation support is available for qualified candidates. You will oversee planning, coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and execution from start to finish. You are accountable for meeting client requirements, protecting margin, and driving field and subcontractor performance. You set the standard for safety, quality, and communication on every project. What you’ll do Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large electrical projects Manage bidding, preconstruction, scope development, and subcontractor selection Oversee project schedules, manpower planning, materials, equipment, and logistics Direct field supervision teams and support them to keep work on track Review drawings and specifications, identify issues early, and resolve problems quickly Manage change orders, RFIs, and all contract modifications Track budgets, costs, and progress to keep the project on schedule and on budget Ensure safety requirements, permits, and regulations are met on every phase of the project Maintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, subcontractors, and internal teams Oversee delivery of materials, equipment, and jobsite resources Ensure quality control across all phases of construction Prepare and maintain project documentation and progress reports What you bring Strong leadership and supervisory experience Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Deep knowledge of building systems, electrical construction, and jobsite operations Problem‑solving skills and attention to detail Proficiency with project management and construction software Physical and field requirements Ability to navigate active construction sites in all weather conditions Ability to climb ladders and stairs Ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs. Ability to read drawings and visualize two‑and‑three‑dimensional details Experience 10+ years of construction project management experience Proven success managing projects above $20 million dollars Experience leading large‑scale Data Center or Commercial projects Education High School Diploma or Equivalent required Degree in Construction Management or Project Management preferred Equivalent field experience accepted Software Proficiency Microsoft Office Microsoft Project Accubid Procore This job description outlines the core responsibilities and expectations for this role.
