What You'll Do:

• Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care for diverse patient populations, including all ages
• Manage patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies
• Support chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive therapies
• Collaborate closely with hematologists/oncologists, infusion teams, nurses, and support staff
• Document and coordinate care using Epic EMR
• Support inpatient collaboration as needed
• Contribute to patient education and ongoing care planning

What You Need:

• Minnesota license for Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants
• Board Certified in PA or APP role
• Experience working in outpatient oncology settings preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
